Lianna Beckno - Director
As the Founder and Director of Paramount Dance Studios, Lianna Beckno, is a well rounded professional dancer, teacher and choreographer. Dancing since the age of four, Lianna has had extensive training at Dance Unlimited in the areas of ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, and acro. With dance, Lianna has been fortunate to travel around the world - from California, Nevada, New York, Kentucky to Mexico. Between the ages of 12 and 18 Lianna was a member of many intensive, award-winning companies and dance teams. For seven years she was a company dancer at Dance Unlimited. In 1998, Lianna was accepted to both magnet art school in Miami, Florida, New World School of the Arts; and Coral Reef Senior High. Between 1999 and 2002 Lianna was a part of the nationally accredited dance team, the ‘Cudettes.’
In her last year, Lianna was appointed the position Co-Captain for the Coral Reef dance team. After graduating from Coral Reef High School, Lianna started her college education at Florida International University where she graduated with a bachelors in Liberal Studies, Arts and Science. For the first three years at F.I.U Lianna joined the F.I.U. Dance team where she competed at the National competition NDA in Daytona,and performed at many Basketball and Football games.
Her dancing career continued as she became became a professional back-up dancer for many famous artists. In 2004 Lianna was a back-up dancer for Angel Lopez at the Latin Billboards Premier on South Beach. She also danced for artists such as, The Bandahood, The Mexiclan, and David Bisbal, along with other artists on the Latin television show, Univision. In 2005, she performed and toured with Christian Castro as one of his back-up dancers, and performed at the MTV’s fashion Week runway show as the opening performance for fashion designer, Theresa Turchin. Assisting in the direction of the Orange Bowl half-time performance, Lianna taught kids their routine for the 2005 half time show with performances by Ashlee Simpson and Kelly Clarkson. Lianna can be seen in various music videos, performing with artist such as Lil Wayne, Sizzla, Beanie Man and Wyclef.
Lianna has been teaching dance since the age of 18. She has taught at Dance Unlimited and Focal Point Dance Studios. There she was the teacher and choreographer of the talent Junior Company who competed and won various awards. She has also taught at various schools in Miami. Recently, Lianna choreographed F.I.U dance team on their Jazz routine bid to National, as well as for Coral Reef Senior High’s alumni show and choreography show.
Proudly, with the establishment of her dance studio she has been fortunate to teach and share her love for dance with her talented students. In collaboration with her dance studio, Lianna, along with Ashley Beckno, have produced a talented group of dancers who are a nationally accredited dance group and frequently win regional and national competitions. Recently, this group competed and won on Univision's "Sabado Gigante." Lianna co-established the new Paramount Talent Agency in Homestead, Florida, bringing great opportunities and experiences to the talented infants, toddlers and kids in South Florida.
Ashley Beckno - Assistant Director
As the assistant Director of Paramount Dance Studios Ashley Beckno is a gifted choreographer and teacher who passionately began dancing at the age of three. She began her training at Danie Beck’s Dance Unlimited; she was a member of two elite ensemble dance companies at Dance Unlimited and Focal Point Dance Studios, there she participated in several competitions and workshops in Florida, California, Nevada, Chicago and New York.
Ashley is experienced in all areas of dance such as ballet, tap, jazz, modern, lyrical, acrobatics, and hip hop. Throughout her career, she has received various dancing merits and personal awards such as the ‘Best Choreographer’ award in 2004 and 2005 as a student in the Dance Academy at Coral Reef Senior High School. Along with her awards of excellence she was also a part of the National Award winning dance team, ‘The Cudettes’. She was given the highest award at Dance Unlimited and earned the title “Miss Dancerette” in 2004-2005. In addition, she was given given the “Most Likely to succeed in Dance” award In her final year of high school.
Willing to conquer all aspects of dance, Ashley Beckno began dancing professionally for world renowned music artists, such as Calle 13 in the Latin Youth Awards Show. In 2007, she performed on a Latin Show, Sabado Gigante, with artist Lidia Avila. She also was a backup dancer in music videos beginning with the WyClef and Elephant Man video for the hit song ‘Five-O’ and more recently, the Lil Wayne and Sizzla collaboration for the upcoming release titled “Reason”, plus many other performances.
Although she has accomplished so many accolades, Ashley Beckno has remained humble and has channeled her success towards her teaching. Being able to influence someone in a positive manner is what drives her every day. As a teacher, she looks forward to molding the youth and challenging others in what has been her passion throughout her life the love and art of dancing.
Elviza Isis - Bellydancing Instructor
Elviza has been teaching at Paramount Dance Studio since 2006. She has studied belly dance for over a decade, and her love of music shows in her vivacious performances. She is a patient and friendly teacher that takes pride in breaking down movements very clearly to give students a good base foundation to build on as they progress in the dance. She is the producer of an annual Halloween dance production ‘Elviza’s Skeleton Dance/Dia De Los Muertos Bailando’ show. She directs the troupe ‘RockaBelly Hippies’ which includes her daughter, Symphony, as well as the youth troupe ‘Wahida Hippies’. Also, she performed weekly for almost 5 years at Uva International Restaurant in Coral Gables, and at numerous local and private special events.

A versatile performer in various fields of the performing arts. She has performed professionally in Musical Theatre and Variety Shows throughout South Florida. Some of her Musical Theatre credits include leading roles in LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS; A CHORUS LINE;NUNSENSE;DAMES AT SEA; A FUNNY THING HAPPENED ON THE WAY TO THE FORUM; RED, HOT AND COLE; REVENGE OF CAPTAIN HOOK; as well as featured roles in MAN OF LA MANCHA, A FUNNY THING HAPPENED ON THE WAY TO THE FORUM (3 times), OKLAHOMA, and BRIGADOON, to name a few.
Ballet with Michael King, Carolina Camara, Charles Russel (formerly of the Joffrey Ballet), Jose Martin, Judith Newman, and Mary Ellen Holdreith. Hip Hop with Anibal Marrero (choreographer to artists and televised programs such as Shakira, Thalia, MENUDO, Ricky Martin, Melina Leon, Premios Lo Nuestro of Univision, Disney and others) Belly Dance from Luz Moreno, and Flamenco from Anibal Diaz (of Univision's SABADO GIGANTE, Lluvia de Estrellas 1 &2 and other local variety shows). Most of her training is from InMotion Dance Centre and the Miami Conservatory.
In addition, she is an experienced instructor who has taught Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop, Flamenco, Belly Dance, Tap, Tumbling, Musical Theatre, Piano, and Coached Voice. She has choreographed for Gymnastics competitions, Reviews, Children's Theatre, Fashion Show, made TV appearances including a pilot episode for Channel 23; WLRN, radio, commercials and variety shows including Lluvia de Estrellas 2.
In adiition, she is a certified Group Exercise Instructor. She teaches and/or holds certifications in Dance Fitness, Pilates, Yoga, Powerflex, Kickboxing, Body Sculpt, Resistance Ball Specialization, Belly Dance and Silver Sneakers (a fitness program for Senior citizens) at Bally Total Fitness. Rose Marye attended Acupuncture & Massage College where she graduated in Massage Therapy. She specializes in Shiatsu and Swedish Massage and currently studying for her state license. Her next projects include to become a certifed Personal Trainer and return to school for Occupational Therapy and/or Accupuncture.
